Why do I need to train staff members in first aid?

The Health and Safety Executive requires all businesses to “provide adequate and appropriate first-aid equipment, facilities and people so your employees can be given immediate help if they are injured or taken ill at work.”

Depending on the size of your business, you’ll need at least one employee who has been trained in first aid by an approved provider, like Scope Medical Services.
